Estimating the Monthly RELATIVE HUMIDITY for Central America conditions
If a proxy variable's value is unknown, skip it. By using Bayesian inference, the model will infer the unknown proxy variable and use it together with the known proxy variables to infer the relative humidity.
The more proxy variables' values entered into the model, the more accurate/precise the estimated relative humidity.

Notice: HR.neta contains no nodeset called 'observable'. Therefore, all non-target NATURE nodes will be taken as observables.
Namely: observables=[Wind, TMIN, PRCP, TMAX, Solar]
